Have you ever come across obnoxious guys who have no idea why they are still single for more than 5 years, when the answer is right under their nose? They think they understand women or pretend to be some psychologists but really, they don't!

I think most of them are painfully aware of their situation but find it difficult to change. Either they just didn't develop certain social skills early enough in life, or the way they care for other people is just not mainstream enough and unappreciated. Many are far too timid to express themselves. Many men are harshly trained not to appear vulnerable so they don't express love for fear of public rejection.
Other men are considered physically ugly by mainstream society, or disabled, or fat, or have substandard intellecdt, or are exceptionally intelligent, or have bad complexions, or have odd tics and mannerisms.
Everyone judges others and to one degree or another does so unfairly. Nearly everyone thinks they truly understand and pretend to be a psychologist, even though they may say they do not. Their actions bear this out.
These men you speak of , are who they are. Their fate would not be to my liking. Many of them cannot be helped much. You are under no obligation to marry or even befriend a "booger-eating moron" but is it necessary to draw yet further attention to their faults so that more people will add to the ridicule they constantly endure?
These men (and women) need help, not judgment. They've received plenty of judgment and that doesn't seem to help.

Haha...I love this comment/question, because I've thought the same thing.
It seems ironic that the guys who keep going "you know, I really don't understand why I don't have a girl...I guess nice guys always finish last..." are usually the ones who really have no clue that they're a major turn off.
These guys are usually picky when it comes to women, they have odd quirks, they're probably in their late 30's or early 40's and yet still living under mommy and daddy's roof surfing on myspace.com for friends. They rarely have hobbies or interests where they are out there to find decent partners.....on and on and on.

There are a lot of men like that. Some are worse than others. Some HAVE been married. But I suspect the same thing can be said for woman, too, as much as I hate to admit it! lol

Bill Maher is a prize example of this. My sister said he was on some talk show lamenting the fact that he had no wife and family. If he had been on Johnny Carson's show, Johnny could've given his frequent line, "I wonder why".

EVERYDAY!!!
I wish i could help them but giving them any kind of attention just feeds their misconception.
When confronted by such a person it is best to pretend your phone is ringing or back away slowly before starting a sprint. they will interpret any kind of conversation or interaction as ammunition to further their deranged theories.

So, should we change who we are to find a woman then? That seems like the basis for a great relationship: "Hi, I'm working to be everything you want me to be at the expense of my individuality. Do you want to go shopping and then perhaps I can take you out to eat with my money because I have no desire to spend such legal tender on myself because I am here to please only you."
Save it, we'll go find another one of the fun girls that can take a joke that seem to be everywhere you stuck up snobs aren't.

I'm more interested in girls, and the species you described, with some small modifications, flourishes among females.
