The Arrest Warrant is issued by the court and is whats known as backed for bail which means the police will arrest, carry out enq's confirm home address and then release. The collection order is made by the judge or magistrate, this means that if the person does not pay up Bailiffs can come into pay. My advice is to pay asap as a small fine can become out of con troll as the bailiffs add loads of charges. If goods are taken, they will have to takes lots of stuff to make the monies required ie a tele that cost you a grand they may only value it at £150 - £200

Your husband has been ignoring how much he owes to people and it has now come to the court issuing an arrest warrant because of this money he owes and ignoring previous court advice. Therefore once the "arrest warrant" has been completed, as in your husbands arrest, the “collection order” will then be actioned upon which allows a fines officer in the court to deal with his case. This is a very late stage action, and is usually because he has totally ignored and disregarded previous court requests. I'm really sorry!!

I think he should TURN HIS SELF IN, before he is arrested. That would clear the arrest warrant and look good on his record. As far as the collection part. He must owe a fine. So he might be able to make payments on it.
Arrest warrant with a collection. They want him and they want money. Good luck!
