Does levetating your feets (by puttin it on some pillows) so that ur feet is higher than ur head (coz i dont sleep with pillows under my head) when u sleep help u sleep better?

Some says it helps the blood circulate better

Any suggestions ??

If your health is perfect you need not to take the help of pillows.

Im not sure you could always try it i dont use pillows ither but i do take sleeping tablets some times as i walk sleep really badly to it seems to help me a bit you could always get a description of your GP

hm, tried exercisin during the day? that will help you to sleep.
maybe have a shred of orange zest, heated with milk? dont drink tea before you go to bed? read a book before you go to bed? maybe try have a bath or shower. maybe try using lavender candles, or lavender soaps or lotions.
