Ok, im a small minded scottish git who supports Arsenal. If you want a debate on history my friend then you have it.

You want to form a scottish form of the IRA. So you condone the murder of innocent civilians to further your own cause. You would torture and murder your own members if they disagreed with the organisations hierarchy or tried to leave.

English invaders did not instigate the religious hatred in Ireland, they merely stirred an already boiling pot. Last time i looked protestants and catholics have had continuous problems living with each other throughout history. Scotland is no different. Look at our own reformation and you will see plenty blooshed. In fact three students were famously executed in the centre of Edinburgh for being Catholic. The english had eff all to do with that. In fact going back to instigating religious hatred in Ireland, go read your history books. Robert the Bruce himself tried it. The scots were constantly trying to stir up the irish against the english.

As for the state of the Union. Scotland became the thinking capital of the world. In 1700 Scotland was considered a third world backwater, by the 1800s, the clyde ship yards were opening, the textile and fishing industries was flourishing, inventors and thinkers such as Adam Smith, John Logie Baird, Alexander Fleming and John Dunlop thrived in scotland.

So in conclusion I know my history, I do not condone murder, terrorism or rule by the fist. Also I do not support Scottish Independence as a cause beacuse it would severly damage and hurt the land I love.

What is your point? Why do we need to know you follow Hibernian? Why are you supporting terrorism? Next time think carefully about what you say and how you say it. I am half english and I live in London. I am one of your "mongrel mutts" but i will take your one-sided, ill-informed, pureile logic any day and dispose of it like the trash i threw out this morning.

Have a nice one.

Why?

What happened between england and Scotland happened a long time ago. I accept that the English did not treat the Scottish well back then although they did have the support of quite a few Scots.

However it is all in the past. Move on and stop being such a muppet. Half the current Labour Government is scottish, you have your own elected assembly etc. Also there are more scottish people living in England than there are in Scotland.

Your ideas don't even have the support of most other Scottish people. We live in a democracy and majority rules. So give it up you fool.

if scotland had a republican army would not work, because the real war is actualy economic warfare, you know that expression "money dosent grow on trees." designed to make you think that money is hard to get. well money is easyer to get than if did gow on trees because it is man made by paper and metal, so we dont have to rely on good weather to harvest money, if it is man made why do we have poor and starving people, because those in control of the money use it to manipulate people into doing what they want. here is a battle situation between the scots and an enemy force, the scots are on the attack, the enemy are considering a retreat untill the scots general says to his men right lads, the enemies uniforms are better than ours and they are on more money, lets fight for them it will be more comfort for us and we will look nicer, so the men agreed and changed sides turning their guns on their own kind causing scotland to be defeated....Iknow that that could not happen on the battle field of normal warfare, but on the economic battlefield thats what scotland did along with the english welsh and irish , for example
british cars and trucks were very primitive, Europe invaded britain with smarter cars trucks with beds in which the brits did not have turbo engines air conditioning ect so we baught the enemies goods eventualy wiping out our own . now we have to rely on the foreigner for most of our goods the profits from these cars go to the forigner not to britain, so the answer is have a republican economic army anmd invest into yourselves and start biulding cars, how about the "jock 500 delux" model..RAY

If you mean a terrorist organisation like the Provos or Continuity IRA then no. Bombings and murder never achieve anything positive. If you want to attain a Scottish Republic do it by non-violent means. Less "glamorous" than armed revolution perhaps but much more beneficial in the long run.

Out of interest just what kind of Scottish Republic do you want to achieve? A Socialist one? Capitalist, Social Democratic, Fascist, Theocracy, Secular?

No we should not. You really need to get out more often and mix with real people. The SNP are doing well in the ballot box if they come to power no doubt we will need a Defence force which the military can sort out. Idiots running around singing flower of Scotland pretending to be soldiers is the last thing we want

I think the Scottish should.

The English should also rebuild Hadrians Wall and cut off Scotland forever and stop the Scottish complaining about the hard deal they have had at the hands of the English.

Oh by the way.. I am Scottish and embrassed about the way that Scottish people blame all the ills of the World on other people

I am a Scot living in the s.e of england and I am a patriot but not to the point of being offensive. Patriotism and racism are closely linked. Scotland will eventualy be independent of England but we should remain friends as I dont want any wars where I would have to choose a side. Besides I may have to kick your ****.

Are you going to take the taxes paid for by the English people and use the money to fight against them? Scotland has a declining home population and left without English support would be bankrupt anyway.

What would the uniform look like for this 'Army'?

You haven't got a clue what you're talking about have you?
You are posting one inflammatory question after another and then whining if you get a curt response to any of them.

You are unlikely to get any informative responses from people who know if Islamic terrorists run shops, nor will you from suggestions to start a civil war.

Grow up and stop trying to act all hard behind your computer screen.
