it depends what the question is.if its whats einsteins theory of relativity then it probably means she doesnt know.but if its something she does not want you to know then she probably does know but does not want to tell you.or she just genuinly might not know.you will work her out eventually.its all part of parenting.remember the teenage years are the worse,but she wont be a teenager for long and she will soon start talking to you about things.just hang in there,your not alone

That she can't be bothered to answer you or doesn't want to. It could also be that she doesn't know the answer to the questions you are asking. Typical teenager, he. he.

It means literary that.One has no idea of what you are talking about,though it can be used as an excuse to avoid giving someone an answer.

it pretty self explanatory! sometimes said to answer a question if you really don;t feel like talking to anyone, if someone is getting on your nerves and pretty much if you just don't know!!!
