The problem is not the camera, it's the batteries. Extreme cold will stop the chemical reaction that results in the production of electricity. I am not aware of any portable battery that works in that cold (larger batteries like car batteries designed for those climates have a heater). Nor am I aware of a camera that has a heated battery compartment, lol. I think your best bet would be to keep the battery in your pants pocket until it's time to use it. Then pop it in, do your shooting and then return it to your pants pocket.

It probably would be a spectaculary bad idea to take a camera that has been chilled to that extent and put it immediately in a warm environment. Let your camera warm up slowly somehow from insane cold to just very cold, before returning it to room temp.

Keep your camera inside your down-filled jacket, right next to your body, except when you take it out for three seconds to take a picture. Put it right back inside your jacket again. Good luck! I hope the pictures are worth it.

Don't you have anything better to do with your time?

There is no battery that can operate in such extreme conditions.

But I think you knew that.
