A little bit of what you fancy does you good.
Unsure if you mean your lunch to be the main meal for you for today - if so the obvious is a quick take away - fish is my favourite or a kebab. If you can manage to get into the supermarket for a few mins then they have some quick ready-meals that just take a short time in the oven and hey presto done. Another quickie is pasta with a sauce poured over.
If its a snack - an alternative to sandwiches is instant soup, tortillas, filled with something tasty that you enjoy.
Whatever hope you fill that hunger - I'm off for some breakfast - toast an pate.

Be creative. Look in your cupboard and see what might go together. My favourite at the moment it cheese, mushroom and spring onion in soft white bread. mmmmmmmm [drool]
If you are buying your lunch, go now before all the good stuff goes!!!!
