You have several images or pictures ready. Add them to your image animator software (eg. Adobe imageready, Ulead Razor Gif Animator). I don't know of other ways to animate a gif.

An animated gif is just a whole bunch of still images strung together one after the other, like the frames in a movie.

To create them you need an image manipulation program that can let you string the images to gether and save the result.

Search the internet with yahoo or google.

Use ULead GIF Animater to create a gif animated image.

using image (gif)Editors, you can use Adobe imageready for that also Ulead gif Animator is probably best for beginners,very very easy to use - get it from http://www.download.com

You can use Macromedia Flash and save it as GIF.
