Dealy on sub groups in pro tools?

Question

When I sub group (i.e Drums) I get a dealy from the sub-group.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Do I need to open a dealy plug in on the rest of the mix? Or should I just drag the tracks in time?

If you are getting delay on a sub group, access controls to that group and cancel the delay. If you want a little delay on the inputs that is the place to put it, then the sub-group will carry the processed signal "in time".

When using delay to develop that "full" and "fat" sound, a little goes a long way, so make gradual adjustments in small increments. When doing vocals, a smidgen of chorus helps produce a nice effect as well, but don't over-do it, unless the object is an obviously processed result.

I don't use pro tools myself as my company is working in live sound reinforcement, but the principals are the same.
