I don't like to go with get but,
the second should be 'to get endorsement from them', the first is correct.

The first one is correct, though it's not great. I would say, "to be endorsed by them" or "to get their endorsement"

You would get an endorsement from them( endorsement=noun), or get endorsed by them(endorsed=adverb)

The first sentence "to get endorsed by them" is as such we dont use "from" when something is to done by another person or adresse. We use "from" when something is to be don by ourselves.

"By them" is the right one, as by is the most used passive preposition.
The person or thing who performs the action of a passive verb (known as the agent) does not have to be expressed, but can be included in a prepositional phrase, usually starting with the preposition "by":
-The ball was thrown by the boy.
-Often people are helped by their neighbors after fires.
-Her car was scratched by another in the parking lot.
