I don't think that there is anything wrong with being physically attracted to more than one person. The question is, do you do anything about those feelings. What makes your boyfriend special is that you picked HIM, over all the other guys that you had a physical attraction towards. Crushes happen - but if you are really serious about your relationship with this guy, then they shouldn't be a problem.

If you're daydreaming about other guys, it's possible there's something lacking that your current relationship with this boyfriend, it isn't providing you what you need to be genuinely content and you're looking to trade up to a better model.
If you're actually dreaming about other guys, as in during REM sleep, that's negligible. Dreams aren't explicit (by explicit, I mean straightforward) - I've had dreams of, er, interactions I know would never cross my mind in real life and with people I have no real-life desire for ... whether I'm dating someone or not.
What do you do? Try to objectively evaluate your relationship with your current boyfriend. If it's not working for one or both of you, you're potentially denying yourselves the opportunities to meet others who may or may not suit you perfectly.
If you genuinely love eachother, talk about it. Be gentle bringing it up, it's obviously not something he'll be thrilled to hear, but if he loves you back you guys'll work it out, I'm sure.

it depends. if your dreaming of some guy who's really out of your league (i.e. a celebrity, etc), i think its okay. anyway, its just a fantasy.. but if you dream of someone within your reach (a friend, the next door neighbor, or even some guy you met somewhere and has remained in contact), i guess you have to break up with your boyfriend and go after the guy you're dreaming of.

i started having dreams about my gf cheating on me with some of her guy friends so i didnt sleep for like 4 days straight. then i just crashed out one day and never had dreams about it ever since so i would jus say dont do anything about it cuz it might mess up things wit u n ur bf

Its human nature to be attracted to other people. Just because you are having dreams about them doesn't mean anything unless you actually make it happen in life.

if you really love your current boyfriend and you're committed to him, i suggest you talk it out with him, and do your best to avoid infidelity. it's a normal thing, especially if you're still in your teens and you've been dating the same guy for quite a while. good luck!
