Lets say the lettuce was average weight, size and all together in one piece as you would buy it from a supermarket. The lettuce would be landing on a concrete surface.

you will pulverize the lettuce, which means that it will be kind of like same texture as the weird coleslaw they serve at KFC but without the radioactive green color. some other fun things to throw from high altitudes onto concrete also include eggs, bags of milk, and onions, which pulverize in a circular pattern because of their layers. try not to hit any people.
