This is what I know verified to be true: Cows' milk is not recommended by the The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. The chances of getting infected by unpasteurised milk is as unlikely as a plane crash. Ref: cowshare programs

Cows milk is fit for calves true. Cow milk is also fit for human consumption. The milk you buy at the store has been homognized and pasturized to kill anything harmful for humans. My grandparents had a old jersey that my grandfather milked everymorning by hand to feed the family. This milk was never sanitized lik the milk we buy at the grocery store today. If you want to do away with commercial milk then I hope that you understand that would also do away with all of the other products that are manufactured from milk. (cheese, ice cream, whey, cream, cool whip, cottage cheese, etc)

Your statement is partially correct. The milk of a cow after she has just had a calf is not fit for human consumption. This is because it's thicker, and made especially for the infantile calves. However, under normal circumstances, cow milk is fine, even great, for people. It is not harmful to drink unpasteurized milk, but for your safety and their protection, dairy farms are required to pasteurize and homogenize their milk before selling it.

Everything is fine in moderation. All this pasteurisation is overkill in my opinion. I was brought up on milk straight from the cow, through a cooler, and into the bottle, and it never did me any harm.

Cow milk is fit for both baby and adults. However for infants, mother breast feeding is the best.

Yes, I think cow milk is not good for people,
because it is a "hard" food for our stomach
