I really hate to say this, because it will be bad news for you, but I am involved with a Honduran man right now and Immigration got him and he is waiting to be deported back to Honduras this month or next. It is a TERRIBLE thing to go through and I couldn't imagine being pregnant and going through it, it would be worse!
Anyways congratulations though on the pregnancy news!
Basically, your boyfriend is going to have to go back to Honduras either way. If I were you guys and with the knowledge I know now, I would start making plans to go back to Honduras with him. Don't let deportation get on his record! If it does, then he will have a VERY hard time of getting a pardon or waiving the TEN YEAR BAR.
When my fiance gets deported my plans are to either meet him in Honduras or go in a few months and then him and I are going to get married there and then TRY to fill out a pardon and just see what happens. I might have to live there for 10 years, but it is worth it because I love him so much. :o) I am nervous about it though because I've never been out of the country before! It will be hard but I am willing to make sacrifices in order to be with him.
Anyways, I hope everything will be okay for the both of you and you are in my prayers. I pray that you don't have to go through what I have been going through since July 23, 2006. It has just been awful and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! Immigration doesn't care about anyone and they have transferred my fiance from Savannah, GA to Charleston, SC, to Gadsden, AL to Port Isabel, TX and now he is going to be transferred to San Antonio, TX!
I wish you all the luck in the world and the best! And I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear. :o( Email me if you would like to talk: nuezmoscada1985@yahoo.com

I agree with the first answer ,this is something you need to discuss with some one that can advise you with out prejudice.Meaning a lawyer or trusted friend to help you to do the right thing.Love blinds people so don't forget that you are doing something in haste that will affect the rest of your life and your child's life. Please don't make decisions based on emotions alone. You will have a lifetime to regret them. But best of luck to you.Your man needs to become a legal citizen to be a good husband and father .

Get married go apply for his citizenship. You will have to pay a fine I think it's $1,000 to immigration. He will get a temporary resident card.Get a lawyer to be safe. Also immigration will ask questions such as how long have you two been together and different things. It is good if you to have a way to proove you have been together for a long time.Have you two baught something together? It takes anywhere from one to three years, but he will become legal.

you don't. you tell him you will have a child to look after, to set a good example for and that when he becomes legal, then you will marry him. you need to look after you right now. what do you think will happen to you and your child if you depend on the father for income and he suddenly gets deported? you have a lot of thinking to do, your first priority should be your child, this should also be his first priority and he should be trying to become legal for the baby so he can be a part of his or her life and be able to support her. no excuses, no blame game.

Not to be rude, and I mean that, but... if you need to know how to rebuild a carburetor, ask on Yahoo Answers. If you want to discuss political hot issues, do it on Yahoo Answers. If you want to laugh at the Red Sox, do it on Yahoo Answers.
For something like this? Maybe talk to your mom, or a priest, or someone besides l337_b0b or spudz43.
