actually it's the only diet that ever worked for me because it was so easy to follow, I lost about 10 lbs in two weeks (male), 20 lbs in 1 month, I lost 60 lbs in 6 months, make sure you take a good multi-vitamin, I sometimes eat "McCaan's quick cook oatmeal" instead (just to break it up, same amt. cals, but a hot breakfast). If you stay with it, it works, dinner should be chicken and two veggies (lots of "em), or just a normal portioned healthy meal (I think thats why it works, you have real food to look forward to at dinner time). You have to be your own cop (no cheating), fried foods are death ! Freebee's to have on the diet (blk coffee or even reg. coffee, diet soda- Seltzer is better, water, snacks are important VEG or fruit 2x a day between meals, I found it best to eat lunch at 11:30 am, good luck, stick to it. IT WORKS ! after about 2-3 weeks, people will NOTICE your wt. loss, this will give you the confidence, and drive to keep on the throttle, and lose the wt. Good luck my friend, I hope your results are as good or better than mine ! NOW GO DO IT !!!!!!!!!

I have been doing slim-fast and having low calories meals for dinner. The most important thing is to monitor what you eat, like how many calories, carbs, and grams of fat you are taking in. It's also important to watch your sodium too, because you can retain water and it's not good for your body. Be sure that you are exercising too, or else everything that you lost--and more-- will most likely come back. Try and do it the right way. The Special K diet will work, but it's using the concept of a low calorie diet, and you can achieve the same results by eating low calorie foods that still taste good. After a while, you'll probably feel like you're eating the cereal box. Good luck with whatever way you choose, and remember to reward yourself. You can have a cheat day, you earned it!

Special K is a flippantly toasted breakfast cereal synthetic through the Kellogg Company. It is made principally from rice and wheat. The title was once created through taking the K for Kellogg's and including the phrase "certain" to it for advertising functions. Despite the title, Special K does now not include any Vitamin K. I believe the Special K breakfast bars are great great YUMMY and that is what I believe is certain. This was once amusing to reply. I not ever particularly took the time to discover out what the title supposed. Most of the opposite cereals are named after what is in them, so this was once amusing!

Remember the Special Key program is recommended for use for two weeks
In this period you will eat only one real meal at day and your body will need the vitamines and minerals you are not taking, and if you take the program for more than two weeks you can have some healt problems,
You should visit doctor before starting any diet program to loseweight.

Cerials are soooo misleading. Check the dietry info on the side compared with say Frosties (a cerial for kids with sugar etc), you will find that they are very similar and actually the Frosties contain less calories per serving - its true i looked again recently.
You need to exercise a liitle more and eat less fat is fairly simple its the mental bit thats very difficult.
