Yes it is, its made out of soy, with sago and sweet sauce, very good and healthy for you, it costs like 10 pesos for a medium, my favorite drink in the morning, it can either be hot or cold. I'm Filipino, so I should know ^_^. Pinoy ka ba? hehe

it is a philippine word. but it was derived from the chinese word tauhu. tau is bean in chinese. so it is made of soybean.

soybean curd put in a big pot served warm. You can buy it in vietnamese stores. Caramel is added.
