by sometime after sex i mean within 2 to 3 hrs after sex. She IS NOT pregnant. The blood in vomit has come once in 5 incidents. The sex is not that rigorous. the pain is in the STOMACH something like a heartburn. It doesnt happen every time, say 3 out of 5.

No vomitting should be blood stained. This sounds serious and needs medical attention. Could be pregnancy, but not heard of blood stained vomitting before. Get yourself/her checked out quickly.

Maybe the act of having sex jostles her stomach too much or there is the beginning of an ulcer in her stomach. If there is blood in the vomit, that's from the stomach and it needs to be looked at by a doctor.

Well - it would depend on what you define as stomach pain.. if you refer to abdominal pain - (meaning anywhere from sternum to crotch) - it coud be numerous things... However.. a woman can experience "cevical pain" from vigorous sex.. especially if the sex was prolonged and pronounced and these resultant "cramps" could result in vomiting. Blood in the vomit is a whole nother matter and needs to be researched further - could indicate numerous conditions..some serious - some not so serious.If in doubt - seek MD advice.
