fred,
Look, as I can say that, I don't believe in thumbing your way to heaven, "Do you believe this in your churches?" They just say, "You believe that?" That will not buy our way to heaven. There are ways that people try to say, "If I live the golden rule, or keep the Ten Commandments, or stop eating meats, or some religious acts..." which is all right, if they want to believe that. God watches you. For the mother and daughters are all buying their way to heaven. JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN.

As a Christian, this is what I believe - YES. There may be, but I have not encountered it yet. I am currently exploring other ways to heaven, by studying other religions, and have found truth in some of them, but have not found heaven's way in them. I want to keep my mind open, but I am still holding to my belief in Jesus Christ as my Savior.

I believe you and Jesus are the way to heaven after death. I feel that you need to solve your "unresolved" problems/issues from "earth" before you can enter "heaven". From there, Jesus will accept you to go to "heaven".

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Jesus did not say I am "a" way, but "the" way.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Jesus)

I know many "religions" claim to have other ways but Jesus is the one that died for our sins, and HE is the only one whose tomb is EMPTY! This makes Jesus the only one qualified to go to for salvation.

2 Corinthians 5:21

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

When a group wants to maintain the specialness of their group and its beliefs, it makes their way into the 'only way' and then attributes this teaching to its central figure. Jesus is the only way -- and so is the buddha and anyone else who has experienced enlightenment because there really is only one way (an enlightenment experience that teaches us we're not this individual self) but, when expressed in the world of differences, it will take on many forms (christianity, buddhism, no religion, etc.). Same experience, different ways to get to it.

The original message is that God is All That Is: "I am that I am." Therefore, there is no other God, so obviously, no other way, no other reality, no other life, just God and everything God creates. But it was misinterpreted to make it sound as if entry to this magic place called heaven is contingent upon our going one direction, and forsaking all others. All teachings contain some truth...and all paths lead to God...that is the meaning of "I am the way".

Jesus himself said "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one cometh unto the Father but by Me." That says it all, and if one doesn't believe the bible is the living word of God to mankind, at death there will be a rude awakening, won't there.
His statement leaves no doubt as to whether there is any other way-His death and resurrection in atonment for our sins, cancels out any "works" we might do to earn salvation. It is His gift of grace-and if works did it, how would we know how much it would take, or going to church, or helping mankind, etc.

No and Yes.

There are many other ways, but asking on yahoo if there is any other way is like asking what god hates to someone at westboro.

Do some searching and find the religion that suits you best.

If you end up following Jesus, do it because you want to, not because of fear.

Jesus is the ONLY WAY! Good works or deeds will not get you there. Jesus paid the price for you to get to Heaven.
