we are getting married this coming december and there's the memory that we cant forget...when i cheated on him and he hit me...we know that past is past but could we last together forever?

Usually once a cheat, always a cheat...Your relationship is going to get worse once you are married to him...You think he knocked you around before, he is going to make a habit of it...Dont marry, it seems like an unhealthy relationship

First of all you shouldn't cheat and promise not to cheat to your self before getting Married. But if your boy friend hits you when you do some thing wrong that is a problem. Just discuss with him seriously about his hiting if he is notorious better not to marry him.

Well....he must really not be worth the time if you feel you have to cheat on him...So your best bet is to leave him for someone you wouldn't feel the need to cheat on. As for him hitting you, well, you did that to yourself. You should have been thankful you have a man instead of taking that for granted.
I suggest breaking it off, or if you two feel like reconciling, then some counciling, definately. Good luck, you're going to need it.

What's the big deal if he hit you once?As long as he isn't making a habit of it. Everyone has that line that, if you cross it, they're gonna hit you. It's a matter of nature. I would hope that he did it open handed though, like a gentleman.

Bad start to a marriage, you did wrong, but he should never have hit you ever, I wouldn't go through with the marriage, is he going to hit you every time you do something wrong??

ok u cheat on him that was in the past and i think he should leave the past behind.but if he hit u once he will do it again no matter if u'll cheat him or not.believe me i know from my experience.
