It doesn't matter what size or what type of television set.

I'm sure there are far cheaper ones, but for a reasonable size, and quality, Best Buy has the Westinghouse LCD HDTV's with built-in tuner, plenty of jacks and other features at a good price.
32" about $1000
27" about $900
