I haven't seen this man for ages, but I can't stop thinking about him. Every minute of the day, my mind wanders back to him and on the rare occasions I do see him, I get butterflies in my tummy. Can you be in love with someone you don't see all the time?

Have you considered the possibility that maybe you're in love with the idea of him, rather than the actual guy. If you've been single for quite some time, maybe you recognise something in him that makes you want to be with someone. But who knows? These things are tricky.

This is the in lust part of a relationship when you don't even know if the feeling is recipricated. To be in love with someone you have to know the persons faults and still be inseparable. Butterflies are all good signs - now try making contact more frequent.

Most likely you fancy the guy but in love? Love is more than the butterflies in the stomach feeling...get to know him better and if after knowing him more your world still turns upside down then perhaps then, you are in love.

You are more likely too in infatuated with someone you don't see all the time, because you have less time to pick out there bad points. It is easier to fill in the missing parts, with nice things, instead of knowing the truth.

It could be love but also, could be an obsession with old memories. Sometimes we tend to keep an image of someone who is not longer the way we remeber them. I´m not saying that your feelings are wrong or that cannot be love, but be careful because you can be mislead your real feelings towards this person. Good luck ...

It may not be love. It could be lust getting the better of you. Love takes along time and yes you can fall in love at first sight but really it takes time getting to know each other and there good and bad points.

My guess is that your lusting over. I cant see how you can actually be in love with someone that you don't really know.
I have the same feelings about someone and personally i just see it as fantasising !
If your single - why not go for it then you can put these feelings to rest !!

Yes!!!!! I fell in love with a girl on a cruise one year ago, and I thought of her every day, and called her everyday. But she's going out with another guy :(

I think you can feel like your in love with him - but if you feel like you are, then your reality at the time is that you are! However, it is like a fantasy - all good! If you ever were to get with him, reality, you could possibly find yourself asking yourself - what did I see in him?
