I guess they wouldn't know, and if they don't know, neither can we. By the way, if a fat chick falls in the woods and no one is there to see it, do people still laugh? (I know, it's not P.C, but it's late and I do what I want..)

No, because to know that he/she made a sound, a person has to hear it... And deaf people don't hear themselves, do they?

yes there will be sound but the deaf says the contrary......... of course there's no sound for them cause their deaf....... but for people and creatures not deaf, they will hear something.......
