A diet high in a variety of organic fruits and vegetables is the way to go. Avoid processed sugars and flours. Avoid hydrogenated oils. Start taking flaxseed oil or fish oil daily for your essential fatty acids. I highly recommend the Jack La Lane or Juiceman Juicers-I swear by a cocktail of organic Kale, Collard Greens, Carrots, Broccoli, and apple. Fruits and vegis are high in cancer fighting anti-oxidants, and they will help your body recover after your ordeal. The main thing is to go all natural, avoiding processed foods whenever you can. Processed foods cause many diseases and should be avoided. Also, a gentle exercise program would benefit you greatly. Exercise helps restore balance, strength, and vitality back to the body. It will keep you healthy by releasing tension, and elevating the immune system. Check with you doctor first though to make sure that certain foods don't interfere with any medications that you are taking. dont quote me on this...but I've been drinking alot of grapefruit juice lately...its helped me to reduce my weight and has had an exteme carmative effect on my digestive system...i.e. no heartburn etc...it's high in vitamin c so it should boost your auto immune system...I would prolly suggest avoiding alot of fatty foods like bbq meats and deep fried foods for now because they cause high amounts of free radical damage/ cellular damage...emetrol for nausea if thats a prob atm...consult your physician before taking any of this advice or any other dietary changes @ this point would be good advice...antoxidants seem like they would help...antoxidant vitamins are A C and E...I would also avoid drinking at all costs as this might be your culprit gl and be well...
