"I don't feel like it" should be enough. If not, perhaps you need to work on communication in your relationship and learn to respect each others feelings. Is she very insecure and she thinks your refusal has something to do with her? She needs to work on her self esteem. Do you turn her down a lot? If you have sex very infrequently you may want to consider making a change to revitalize your relationship.
