Or at least ones that can be incorporated with a Christian theme?
I am always looking for new ways.

i know this might not answer your questions but first, i am a muslim who feels the same way as you .... that all faiths should be respected... and i think you are a beautiful human being and a wonderful example of a Christian.

that said, when people compare Islam and Christianity they often say that the lords prayer is comparable to surah fatiha listed below.....

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Praise be to God, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds

Most Gracious Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment

Thou we praise
and Thine aide we seek

Lead us on the straight path
the way of those on whom You have bestowed Your grace

not of those who have earned Your anger
nor of those who have gone astray

- i dont believe there are any beliefs here that differ with Christianity but i can understand if it might make you uncomfortable.... either way i hope that it might help you

peace be with you as well

I AM THE ALL POWERFUL OZ!!!!

The ultimate MAGICIAN makes up his or her own magic.

Here's an idea. I made this up combining 3 techniques.

Breath in slowly, and deeply. Blow it out slowly through the mouth. Concentrate on the breathing as you repeat it several
times.
Imagine a light of protection around you in your minds "eye".
And say, out loud, "Almighty God, in the name of Jesus
Christ, and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Guide and
protect me." AMEN

Meditation is making you mind still at one point (no love, no hate ) and stop thinking of everthings, practicing controlling of your mind.
Prayer is doing with every emotions in it. For your loved ones, for yourself, for your sorrows, for help, for joy ..etc.
One do not opposed to other.

If you want to meditate, why not just read the bible and meditate on what it says.

Friendship Prayer
Thank You, God, for my friends. Help them with all their personal struggles and life. Help me to be a great friend to them and give them the support and companionship they need. Amen.

Prayer for America
God, help America to continue to be strong and a kind country. Give America grace, love, compassion, and peace. Guide us to work on both of our weaknesses and strengths. Show us the way to be a peaceful nation. Amen.

Doesn't it diminish the sincerity of a prayer if you are reading it from a script?
Isn't it supposed to be your heartfelt communication with god?

Don't you realize it is all pointless superstition anyway?
