i don't know what that is ...but i think i have a similar problem,
and i think it can be treated by a opto-whatever ologist...

This problem is usually a result of underlying conditions. An ophthalmologist would be best to consult. Also, try a generalist for a second opinion, specialists tend to look too narrowly on patient conditions, you may need a broader view.
