My mother is a reg. nurse and she says yes they do. Some people's hair grows faster with the vitamins than others but she did say yes that it is not myth.

honestly they do work, there are alot of vitamins in prenatals that people don't consume on a regular basis, although if you are not pregnant, the best vitamin to get for your hair to grow is called biotin. It is literally one of the cheapest vitamins out there, like $2.00 to $5.00 a 30+day supply. It is great for hair, skin, and nails. There are also alot of multi-vitamins for women that contain biotin. The thing is, everything that you consume is going to effect your hair. Your diet, and how much water you drink highly effect your hair, skin, and nails! Also, like it or not, genetics, and hormones, are also a HUGE factor! Some things you may not be able to change, but with a daily vitamin,(especially containing biotin), good diet, and 8 glasses of water a day are the key to fast(er) growing hair. Hormones (including pregnancy), and genetics, affect alot of things like texture, density, color, and thickness. BASICALLY if you do take care of yourself, and give your body the things it needs, including vitamins, your hair will show it!

Oh, if you take them when you are NOT pregnant I do not know but my hair and nails grew like crazy when I was pregnant. And for the most part I didn't take the vitamins because they made me gag. I think that it has more to do with the changes of certain levels of whatever in your body that cause these things.

By the way before a few days ago I had never seen PREGNANT spelled that way but here we are again. Do you two know each other? jk but seriously, it's sad to see people who cant spell.

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMKSl It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

No. The two things that actually promote hair growth is moisture and messaging your scalp. You will need a great hair dressing that contains natural herbs and vitamins and then you apply it to your scalp and hairline and temple areas. Then you will use the balls of your fingers and stimulate the scalp which helps the blood circulate to the hair follicles which helps hair growth. You do this two times a week.
