I had this guy say to me the other day "Damn, you look good for your AGE." Allright, I was caught off guard just a little bit and I was thinking to myself "Damn, I didn't think I was THAT old." At first I was insulted with the emphasis he put on the age thing but then I realized how flattering that was to hear.

There's a new fad where guys give you a compliment/insult to make you wonder. It's supposed to help them give 'lines' to women if they're shy or socially backward.
Tip: Don't respond or react to stray comments by men in the street. If you want to meet men, join a political campaign, investment club, or fantasy football league.

Sorry to say but most guys arent aware of the secret girl taboos. He was complimenting you. He just didnt know the girl taboo on age.

Just take it as a compliment. It will make you feel good that way, and besides, who cares what he thinks really in the end?

so how old re u then? if u re 50 years old it was kinda compliment (i wouldn't like it thou anyway), but if u re like 30 years old it was either insult or guy is extremely stupid.or u look old. cos normal 30 years old should look no difference than 20 years old
