Hmmm.....I like a good philosophy-related question. :)
1. One who expects to be spoon-fed or for the sky to rain money (this includes adults who expect their parents to pay for their credit card bills)
2. One who doesn't apologise (or take a 2nd look) after knocking into an old folk
3. One who keeps finding reasons or people to blame instead of focusing on what one cando to help/improve
4. Perhaps one who murders/kills for a living
5. One who wants to take advantage of EVERYONE!
6. One who goes for countless abortions risking her own health
7. Not planning for the future
There may be more but these are what I can think of that defines a loser.
A person who has a mental or psychological (or handicap) problem shouldn't be termed a loser - that would be unkind and inappropriate I think!

If the score is 5-2, and you have 2, then you're a loser

I define a loser as anyone who consistently rebels against God's will for his or her life until they finally find them self in front of the white throne of judgment before being cast into the Lake of Fire.
Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. 13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. 14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

People who try to be authority figures, wielding crowns no one really wants. Being an authority is such an influential thing, you should never try to do it unless you can do it correctly, 100%.
Also, people who use their intelligence to laugh at those who are less intelligent; or who seem to be, to them; tricking them into being left with the fuzzy lollipop (or not really caring that they are), especially if (the 'intelligent') are going to personally get something out of it.

That expression was always stupid to me and I guess I must be one because your first answer said it is someone who is antisocial..that's me. It really shouldn't be a wonder why many of us are. Look how nice we are to each other. It always seemed to me it means you are lacking or lost something but what you lost I do not know. I guess it means you lost in life but I think we all lost that one in one way or another. Don't pay attention to anyone who calls you that. They are trying to insult you but are so uncreative in expressing themselves so they call you something to make you think you "lost" something when you haven't lost sh*t.
