Although you'd be outside of U.S. jurisdiction, the U.S. can request that you be extradited. Meanwhile, while you're waiting for the extradition trial in Mexico, you're sitting in a squalid jail.
Another thing to consider is that any other country you go to you would be living illegally. Other countries, especially South of the border, don't treat illegal aliens well. Plus, what would you do for money?

Yeah they sure can. They can have the Mexican police pick you up and put you into one of their jails and who knows IF you'll get out ever, and the Mexican police will deny you're exisitence to anyone who comes looking for you. You will be "lost" whether you are dead or alive.

Yes if it is a felony the FBI does have juristiction almost everywhere in the world and those mexican cops will turn you in.
