waalaikum salam..... salam ramadhan
alhamdulillah.... you had been guide by Allah..and He gives you the Hidayah....guidance..
it's pretty good to increased our knowledge about islam in ramadhan month....
this advise is for myself and for you too.... i born in muslim family... but i not really know how to be a real muslim... alhamdulillah when i reached age of 18... i started to realize the goodness of islam...with the help of Allah.... now...i'm still study about islam.... as stated in al-Quran.. surah al-Baqarah... we have to practised islam in all aspects of life.... our feeling...love...even the money management.. we cannot practised something without the knowledge isn't?
the search of knowledge would not be stop...keep on searching.. it will give you strenght.. n don't forget to pray and ask ALLAH for His help and guidance as well... we are nothing without Him..

it's very sad to hear that so many muslim is not the real muslim.. so many of us thought that islam is pray, pay the zakat...n other related ibadah... but actually they don't fell of being a real muslim

is not easy to be a good.. a real muslim... especially nowadays...the hatred of other religion toward islam... the hardship... even i also facing lots of problem...with the society and even my family.. but to be a real one we should notice all this hardshir is symbolised the love of Allah to His servant... i'm not really good in english..so it's very limited..for me to tell you... increased your confidence that islam is the only religion accepted by Allah... Confidence is very important...

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teen residing in Canada. I positioned on hijab alhamdullilah and that's for the most section common right here because i stay in a large city with a huge Muslim inhabitants. I do get the few ignorant comments and idiots in college even with the actuality that who ask stuff like "yo were given a bomb lower than there hahaha". even with the indisputable fact that the hardest section is being diverse out of your acquaintances. Being a Muslim, activities, alcohol courting boys wearing revealing clothing and so on is haram, or maybe as i do not favor to attempt this besides, it could be a touch awkward to ought to describe why i do not do it to those who evaluate it in simple terms component to being a young person and its person-friendly to them. Muslims residing in Muslim international locations truly have it a lot less complicated even as it contains setting up in. And with nutrition it could be a touch complicated yet I continually attempt to examine the label if i'm no longer particular of the elements. yet i'd not wanna be the different faith no count number how confusing it receives and how diverse i think from anybody else, i'm satisfied to be Muslim :)

Well first of all congratulations! Well I'm assuming you've done your research before converting so just do what is stated in the Quran, such as saying your daily prayers, fasting (it's ramadan so you are probably doing so anyways), and being a good person and treating others, as well as yourself, with respect. Hmm, maybe go to a mosque near you to get to know some of your fellow muslims and be careful of what u might hear by word of mouth and research it yourself by reading the Quran. Good luck!! :)

well Alhamdulillah!!!! it is true ..

At-Takwir | 29 verses | The Overthrowing
Sura #81 | Makkah
28 Unto whomsoever of you willeth to walk straight.
29 And ye will not, unless (it be) that Allah willeth, the Lord of Creation.

i would suggest u to read Qu'ran again so that if u have any doubts please have a good, qualified imaam to help u with it. also try praying a lot. it helps strengthen the Imaan and helps one get close to God. ask Allah to help u and to give u courage. also if there is someone who tries to say something bad about Islam or put u down just because u are a muslim, then just be patient and endure. Allah loves the patient ones and the ones who will go through any ill-word or deed and try forgiving. and again i would only like to say pray as much as u can.

Aal-e-Imran | 200 verses | The family of Imran سورة آل عمران
Sura #3 | Madina
200 O ye who believe! ENDURE, outdo all others in endurance, be ready, and observe your duty to Allah, in order that ye may succeed

also try giving charity to needy and poor. Allah will bless u with more Bounty than what u give -- in all aspects.
Al-Baqara | 286 verses | The Calf سورة البقرة
Sura #2 | Madina
177 It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces to the East and the West; but righteous is he who believeth in Allah and the Last Day and the angels and the Scripture and the prophets; and GIVETH WEALTH, for love of Him, to KINSFOLK and to ORPHANS and the NEEDY and the WAYFARER and to those who ask, and to SET SLAVES FREE; and observeth PROPER WORSHIP and PAYETH THE POOR-DUE. And those who keep their treaty when they make one, and the PATIENT in TRIBULATION and ADVERSITY and time of STRESS. Such are they who are SINCERE. Such are the Allah-fearing.

Al-Maeda | 120 verses | The Table Spread سورة المائدة
Sura #5 | Madina
8 O ye who believe! Be STEADFAST WITNESSES for Allah in EQUALITY, and let not hatred of any people seduce you that ye deal not justly. DEAL JUSTLY, that is nearer to your duty. Observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Informed of what ye do.
9 Allah hath PROMISED those who believe and do GOOD WORKS: Theirs will be FORGIVENESS and IMMENSE REWARD.

Al-Muzzammil | 20 verses | The enshrouded one سورة المزمل
Sura #73 | Makkah
10 And bear with PATIENCE what they utter, and part from them with a FAIR leave-taking.

may the peace and blessings of Allah be with us and may He guide us in the right path. have a nice day.

welcome back. I am a new convert so it is hard for me to answer this for you, but I would suggest going to the immam and talking with him. And as you know, you have picked a very special time to do this, so stay with the ramadan fast and prayers. That much I do know.

The most important thing to realize is that anytime you use violence to advance your beliefs, your actions are evil. Stay away from anyone who tries to tell you that these things are ok.
