You are crying out your frustrations. It's good to have that release. Bottling it up is worse coz one day it will explode & that will be messy.

Anger is just another way of expressing fear and fear for many of us is a thing that makes us cry. I cry when I get mad because it just feels like I am so fed up with everything and people just treating each other like crap on daily basis. Maybe we cry because we know things like this won't change. Anger sadness and fear are just a constant in life and it seems like people being selfish and treating one another like dirt is too.

Being frustrated and helpless sucks. Those two things are what anger really is. People who get raging mad are lashing out at the people who put them in a corner.
I've got a nasty temper. It's taken me 39 years to really get to know it. It's helped me make some stupid choices, too. Pride and Ego are really good at getting Anger to kick some aysh for 'em.

I think it's from feeling helpless about what's making you mad. Emotional energy is funny that way. It's like it has to have something to do, so if it can't do anything else, it makes you cry.

A way to release tensions during difficult times. Mostly females do this but also some males. most Males are shaking from the Adrenalin rush and trying to release it in some form. like hitting the wall or cursing.

I get angry, then I feel like a boob for getting angry. Then I am frustrated because I can't take back the stupid way I was or even stop being angry. I might feel helpless, start crying which will makes me feel like more of a boob, Cause crying won't fix anything. life is spilt milk.

i think it's both coz we really become emotional, and in actuality we dont want that to really happen, i mean we dont wanna see ourselves in that state of being so mad that's why we tend to be self-pitying of some sort already that we say to ourselves somehow: i shldnt be wasting my energy getting mad at this but then here i am being mad and i kinda dont know what or how to deal with this. so we cry

Well, I never thought of it with such a deep meaning... :P
I'd say that it's the emotions.... Any extreme emotion usually brings tears.... sadness of course, happiness, and even anger. Usually anger is coupled with hurt or feelings of betrayel, resentment, self pity or a feeling of injustice.... so sadness usually is present.

Yes! It's happened to me a few times and I noticed that it happened whenever the person that was infuriating me...was someone that I loved and were also treating me rudely. It's either a result of an over-load of embarrassment or an over-load of betrayal.
Excellent Question!

I have no idea why this happens, but it happens to me almost everytime I am passionate and angry about something. Even when fighting with a friend, significant other, or parent I am unable to fight without shedding a tear.
