After I take a shower my nose is red around the sides and in that area and also under my eyes a little bit just were the bone curves under your eye. After a long day even if I dont go outside in the sun I have very dry and peeling nose. My forehead does the same. My face seems dry for a couple of hours after I have showed then it starts to peel and feel dry and dirty. My nose area is the worst of it. I also noticed dry skin in parts of my eyebrows. any help is appreciated

you may b alergic to the soap or just have dry skin
try a moisturising soap
or a diferent brand

They have facial cleansers and moisturizers for men too. Start using some.
I use the Neutrogena stuff for my "sensitive" skin (I get razor burn occasionally)
Works great. Just wash twice a day with it and use the moisturizer afterwards.

You could have a skin condition,I have something similar to that you need 2 see a dermatologist just to be sure and they could give you something for it.
