Does New Jersey have 3 Day Recesession Period on Written Contracts?

Would anyone know If NJ has 3 Day Recession Period on Written Contracts? Also, If Vehicle was purchased in NY and assuming that NJ did have such contract, would NY Delaership be obligated to accept this?
