eat a good salad before you go to work, take raw fruit, a cup of low fat artifically sweetened yogurt , and a boiled egg with you.

i work from 9pm to 9am and seriously the choices are so little its annoying.
Make sure you're willing enough to prepare the food.
1. Sandwiches loaded with greens (no white bread)
2. Fruits
3. Tea

1. filling 2. nutricious 3. some caffine to keep you up

NO heaty stuff like nuts and chocolates, they will kill you.

left overs from home
cold meat loaf sandwich, cole slaw
fresh fruit, cottage cheese
tuna and cheese sandwiches
can soup, chili and lunch meat sandwich
tuna salad [lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion,red or green bell peppers
bring water, coffee, tea. juice
veggies could be carrot sticks, zucchini sticks, celery or cucumber sticks....
peanut and jelly sandwiches
