Depend on their beliefs & if they are married in the eyes of their faith. However the law will still want a say on it.

Marriage aside. It did not used to be wrong morally to do that as long as both parties were well into puberty. the males having wet dreams and the females started having their monthly cycles. to show that the reproductive organs were at least minimally ready for the bringing of other children into this world when all labor was done by hand and needed large families to take care of everything.
Now 16 yrs is the minim for consent and will still carry a heavy penalty if caught and one or the other denies that it was by mutual consent.
18yrs is more for schooling to learn at least some basic skills that might get you a low paying job.
Higher than that is for a better paying job . but the rules of relationships are more relaxed.Even though the female still has to pay a heaver price if mistakes or accidents happen.

for one it is illegal and you apparently know that, so that should be one of the main things to keep you from even doing it in the first place. Anymore when you scorn or break up with a girl thats under 18 and you were having sex with her she is going to call it rape and your going to end up in serious trouble because since she was a minor even though it wasn't rape it would be concidered abuse and molestation.
And as the morally wrong, yes it is wrong. Deep down in your conscience you know its wrong or you wouldn't have even asked the question.
Plus its as if your taking advantage of the girl and the situation, most young girls go for the moment and don't think about the consiquences of their actions and what they mean until afterwards and they are devistated because they know they did something they shouldnt have and something they dont completely understand.
They aren't ready for it morally, spiritually or emotionally yet themselves. So just don't do it

I think it's safe to say that if it's illegal, it's probably morally wrong. I'm not saying that applies to everything, obviously, but with things that involve minors, that's usually the case.

It depends on what age you are.

I'm 44 but I wouldn't have sex with a 18 or less year old at all. Matter of fact I wouldnt have sex with anyone who was at least 38. Anything under that is stupid and a waste of time.

I know guys who are my age and they would have sex with an 18 year old or less person. That is beyond lame, and I say yuck to that and I don't care if she's the most beautiful looking person on the face of this stupid planet. Leave the kids with the kids and the adults with the adults.

I'd worry much more of the illegal part if I were you. Unless you enjoy getting forceably cornholed by your cell mate many times a day.

It is if you are much older than 18 and trying to take advantage of their innocence.

Besides, I think it is immoral to go against an agreed law.

It depends on the circumstances. There are circumstances where it is legal to have sex with someone, and yet it is still immoral too.
