i know how much people want to dress up these little fellas. i am toying between a dressing one up as a bodybuilder (tie a 5lb weight to it and let it drag it around for the day), or a dodgeball player. anyone else got any ideas.

i know how much people want to dress up these little fellas. i am toying between a dressing one up as a bodybuilder (tie a 2lb weight to it and let it drag it around for the day), or dodgeball players (let the trick-or-treaters toss a few raquetballs at them). anyone else got any ideas.

Put a kitten costume on it and then take it to the dog pound.

if you tie a weight to the dog it wont be able to move, then you get slammed with animal cruelity! So drop that idea.. same with the dodgeball player thing.. it's impossible and unrealistic for a pooch.

Try going to target and go down the doggie Isles, they have all kinds of dog outfits for chi's and some cute nice funny ones.
You can dress the chi up as a biker, an artist, a doctor, a ballerina, a nurse etc.
Better yet just let your girlfriend do the dressing up of the dog... sounds like you just might hurt him with some of your ideas! Sorry but it's true!
Good Luck!

Nothing. Quite simply, this is a DOG, not a person. Being submissive and liking getting dressed up are two totally different things. Please leave your dog alone. If you feel the need to do something to include her in Halloween, why not dress up as Dorothy and call the dog Toto for the night or something like that. Just DON'T dress up your dog!

How about dressing him up as ......... A CHIHUAHUA! Put a collar and lead on him and let him go as he is. Just because he is a little dog doesn't mean he needs to be dressed up as toy. Go find a nice Rottweiler or Pit Bull to dress up and leave the poor lil guy alone.

IF this have been your concept, or area of a team custom "Powder Puff" soccer, i'd say choose for it. If it somewhat is her concept in spite of the undeniable fact that, and she or he exchange into that express approximately it, "i.e, i choose to hold your hand and stroll around the mall with you dressed as a woman", that's somewhat weird and wonderful. yet once you somewhat would desire to, insist which you will purely gown like a cheerleader in case you will properly be the Cheerleader from Heroes. extra helpful to be geeky than your female chum's atypical fetish.

Not advisable. I dressed my Pit Bull up as a reindeer with a flashing red nose (Rudolph) last Christmas ... he HATED it...but, he got a lot of laughs from everyone at the Santa Claus Parade... and he LOVED the attention. He later ripped the antlers to shreds... hint for moi?... lol.

If you tie a 5 lb weight to it, it will not be able to move. Leave the dressing up of the chi to your girlfriend. Your g/f will noit be too happy if you kill her dog.

Leave the poor little animal alone for crying out loud. If you want to dress something up....how about the neighbour's Rottweiler.
