No because teenagers may have sexual intercourse with adults who will take advantage of their curiosity. In America consensual intimacy between teenagers and adults are illegal. Teenagers hormones make them physically for making love BUT are not emotionally mature to understand its ramifications.

Why should tax payers waste their money and a teachers time on a subject so widely covered in all the medias and nobody pays attention to anyway, besides when its time for action who checks the list of do's and don'ts. negative enough?

No sex education should be taught in middle school where children are immersed in it daily.
