I don't like saying this, but I think she's anorexic because right around the time she got engaged to David Beckham she looked a little more meaty, but now she's nothing but a bag of bones and that's not attractive at all. I don't know any man who finds the anorexic look sexy.

Well I know she has a private cook (like all celebrities) and a very strict diet. But honestly, I don't think the girl eats much. She is on the verge on looking skeletal, so I think she might have an eating disorder. Not even 2 weeks after having one of her kids she has extremely thin again.

Do you really need to ask!!!! She's obviously had an eating disorder for the last 5 years!!!!! She is all skin and bones, with a pair of very fake looking boobs. Not too attractive if you ask me. HTH : )

It helps to have a personal trainer on call, that and a naturally slender body type.

when eva she has a baby she does a tummy tuck after a cearsian... n than probally exercise but i no for a fact she does tummy tucks
