It's not a diaper rash but more of patches of irritated skin on my daughters bum. She is potty trained. Has any ones else dealt with this before and how do you treat it. Or could it be the laundry soap, I use Gain Fruit Fusion, I have used this kind before she was potty trained still in Pull Ups but this is the first since she has been in panties.

You may have to use a perfume-free/dye-free laundry soap. Also when she goes to the bathroom make sure that she is wiping herself properly. I was a nanny for a little girl that was 4 and would get sores because of this. I had to watch her when she went to the bathroom to remind her to wipe when she was done.

I think you are right, it's probably the soap. Try getting a fragrance free, dye free soap. My daughter has excema and we have to use that. If she even uses the wrong kind of bath soap when she spends the night with her friends, she comes home with a rash.

Take her to get checked either way.
My son had a rash too, shortly he was potty trained, and it turned out only to be heat rash. I just left him naked for a few days and it was gone. Have you stopped using all the soaps?

Good luck.

Sometimes foods high in acids will cause irritated skin. Like my boys got that after drinking with OJ

try going to a dermatologist they wants the best way to deal that kind of problem. don't trust at any ones advice because your baby is different from their baby, unless the doctor said that the medicine can be take by any baby. Trust me.

My son had a rash once and it didn't look that bad but it was very painful. My doctor said that it was a yeast infection.

she could be allergic to the diaper or the soap or the detergent or to bug bites try organic pampers they may be a little expensive but its worth it
