i need a decent priced haircut my last stylist butchered me and i just really need to even it out!

does it have the to be in the city? chinese beauty salons are the best. they're patient and make your hair sooo soft. i go to brooklyn's chinatown $11 for short hair, $16ish for long... manhattan's chinatown is just as good but not as cheap. maybe $10 more.
