How sympathetic do you think the court should be with that record? One ticket, depending on the offence, maybe you fight, but each of 5 tickets is evidence that you are careless, not paying attention, whatever. sorry, but I think you should plead for mercy, and promise to do better. Prove it by enrolling in a defensive driving course and taking the class record to court.

i have the same problem, really, speeding and seatbelt,
get a traffic lawyer.
just for the record, the insurance company dont care if you win or lose at court, they just know you had been ticketed,
so just hope your insurance dont find out about the tickets you have. Insurance checking up on client driving record is done very randomly,
we just have to hope for the best of luck.

Sorry, gotta agree with most of the others here. You screwed up...so face the music my friend. You are the one that broke the law, now you have to pay the penalty. There's really no sense in fighting it; you'll lose anyway. Hope for a kind judge.
