I have learned through bible study, that sex should be saved for marriage. There has been marriage since Adam and Eve. They were the first marriage. Sex was made for reproduction of children. It can be more enjoyable when you give of yourself to your spouse on your wedding night. Your virginity is like a precious gift from God that should be cherished. And given to some one you love. Today because of the media, sex is made to be something it is not. When you have a precious gem, what do you do with it? Take care of it, and you keep until you feel someone who is worthy should have it. Your spouse. My husband was a virgin when we were married, and we now have three children and a great marriage. Oh yeah sex is great too.
Remember just because everyone else is doing it, doesnt mean it is right for you. Plus you will be free of disease. What a plus.

I don't think so. I think that you should wait. Just because you wait doesn't mean that you will have a bad sex life or marriage. In fact you might have a better marriage than people who have slept around. God gave us the pleasure of sex for the marriage bed. I was a virgin when I got married at the age of 28. It is not that hard to wait.

Most people say it is bad to wait because they don't have the will power not to do it. I think it is sad.

Its entirely up to you and what you believe in. Marriage is getting to be a thing of the past. Women no longer stay in abusive marriages because it is not the done thing to be separated. I believe you have to know someone for a long time before marriage is even considered. You dont really know someone until you live with them.

For 2 consenting mature adults I would say yes.

Marriage should be thought of as a life long commitment. I don;t see how anyone can honestly commit without having been intimate with the other person first.

That is a decision you need to make for yourself. But you should make SURE that this is the person is the one that you will want to be with. There are a lot of consequences to having sex, that can end up in pregnancy, aids, crabs, etc. Make sure this is THE right one!

Different strokes for different folks I guess.
I don't see what the problem is - marriage is actually a relatively modern invention. Do we think cavemen got married before having sex?
And you don't want to marry someone only to find out they're a lousy lover!

no, it's not right to have sex before marriage. But I think when you get into the mode with you and that special somebody I don't think you can stop it, because ya both are feeling it.

Shhhhh. no person in this u . s . has found out what intercourse somewhat is yet. in case you're making some form of physique touch, you're able to do like Clinton and argue your way out of. If I have been you i could undertake his presidential coverage for the protection stress. "do no longer ask, do no longer tell".

thats a personal choice. its not uncommon lets put it that way. I have been with my finacee for 8 years almost. We started going out our freshman year of high school. We just aren't in a hurry to get married. We are trying to finish with school first, but we have a baby together. So its all personal choice.
