When Answering please consider that I was a VMS system admin that was put on the shelf coz of Unix, so do not wana live it again, Or should I go for CISCO and forget about expensive SAP training and extincting Oracle?! No doubt. SAP. Take a look at the SAP offerings and then compare with Oracle.

I work in SAP and know it will always be around. I'm less sure of Oracle, but it should be.

The real question is how much value Oracle certification would add. SAP certification is of little value without experience.

So, as another answerer suggested, getting your teeth into either of them through work situations would be the best path to go.

To have a career in IT you need to stay nimble. I started out as a Fortran programmer on VMS, I learned VMS to see how my programs were called, I learned Oracle to see how to get info for my graphs, I learned OS settings and Oracle configuration to make my programs faster and when we lost our DBA/admin, I learned the rest and filled that job & when they started the move to Unix, I learned that too.

Learn Oracle, then learn everything that communicates with it.
The future belongs to those that run forward to meet it.

To both. And for the sake of competition, I hope it stays that way.
