depends on whether or not you actually want to weight less in which case, extreme dieting and/or extreme exercise might be the only way.
your body is predisposed to a certain weight. once it hits that weight it does everything possible to stay that weight, and when you force weight loss upon it, it struggles with that ideal.
how many months has this been going on for? if its only one or two, you might just have hit a plateau in which case, give it time, it'll pass.
also, your best bet would be to eat a bit more and try and boost your metabolism abit as it might have gone into 'starvation mode'.
if that isnt an option. try a diet in which you vary the amount of calories you have per day.. 1000 one day.. 800 the next.. 600 then 1000 or so, itll 'trick' your metabolism for a very short stint into going a bit quicker.
also, green tea and caffiene and spicy foods are known to boost the metabolism
