Look on Virginia's official website to see if there's something for consumers or residents or a place to click to social services, subsidized health insurance, or health insurance for low-income people. (Because I don't know the site I don't know how it would be set up.)

See what is offered for low-income and/or unemployed individuals. If you're now a full-time student it is possible that your parents should have insurance that would cover you, so double-check to make sure they don't have insurance; and if they don't ask them if they may want to look into assistance for insurance too.

It depends on where you live and what state offers what. Usually, you can get this information from your local or state health departments. These places for low income families are usually run by doctors who volunteer and they run on a sliding scale, meaning you pay expenses based on your income.
