wow !!
It would seem....you are beingcoming one, and the Holy Spirit, is helping along....You are blessed. It is a amazing thing, and I too know what your talking about...It will be different for each person..who seeks after HIM.
I would like to tell you something: one day I lay on my bed, and I was awake.
I saw 'wisdom' as a red ruby, and the feeling was beyond anything I can write here.I felt the Lord and never wanted the feeling to go.Amazing feeling of peace and just so happy.
Later people told me, that in the Bible...there is a part that was what I was telling them!about 'wisdom'....
I will tell you this, if you seek more of this....you will be blessed, but its also pretty AWSOME...And don't worrie, IT IS for you!
Your wife and child are o.k. alone, as you walk ''with GOD".
ASK God what He wants for your life.People often say''how do I know when God is talking to me''...well its like this, it makes perfect peace with your heart. It is of sense..and it is right/to you.
Plus, we know it is Not our own thinking..as we are well aware,we did not think...what came into our mind, at that time.
GOD has 'failsafes in place', so we do not think we are loosing our minds, or its a mental-condition(hearing voices)....You know,it is real.Yet! as humans we wonder? 'why pick me God'..well you may have or are 'faithful to Him', and this is the event-that comes with being faithful.Your a very blessed man indeed.

You're in the beauty that God had created for us, so it makes sense that you can commune with God on such a level while walking through the park. Do you understand and remember what your praising him for? Just as you said somethings are easy to understand and others are not. You can reach that feeling anytime you commune with God not just on your walks. Of course you love your family but God is preparing you for something...I'm not sure what it might be but when He makes his presence known follow what he is asking of you. Whether getting out of bed to pray in the middle of the night when you had been sleeping soundly or to turn down a street that He had given you a powerful urge to do. You'll know Gods voice and at anytime you're unsure if it could be a trick just ask God if this is truely Him asking this of you, For the evil ones will be unable to answer as God would. And always remember the feeling of communing with Him for the times when life's road becomes a steep climb that seems impossible to conquer.

Just remember that God is not so much a "feeling" as He is a "knowing". If one gets wrapped up in the feelings produced with their relationship with God then Satan can easily run a counterfeit experience on you.
So just test everything by the Spirit and keep reading your Bible. If you can find a solid Biblical example for your experiences, then I would say they are sound and reasonable and of course a blessing. If you can't, then I would proceed with caution.
You can't go wrong talking and walking with God. Just keep seeking Him in every thought and deed. He won't forsake you. The Devil will, however, try to trip you.

This happen to me..... and it is real... emotional or intelectual, logical or creative..... the truth is that we are sure for ourselves that we love this feeling. It lighten our hearths, it giveth contentments.... and Gratefulness....
Yes, God is always within us, it is real, it is the Gratefulness that is real.... This is our inner and very private relationship with God, that let us become more Grateful and mercy being.
But, never ever expect that the Lord is always behind us to push us further in life, or He is beside us as our best companion so that we won't feel lonely, or He is infront of us to lead us to conquer the world, or He is above us to look after all our needs and income, or He is below us to support us so that we would never accidentaly fall down..... No, God is not thus...

God wants us to have personal time with Him. That is how He ministers to us in the way that He wants. Look at how God ministered to the apostle Paul. He was alone by himself where nobody could find him and God spoke to him in a mighty way.
You are not going crazy at all. I have had those experiences as well.

Don't pay any attention to those other people. Apparently, they don't believe in God. I do and I can tell you this, you are not crazy, I think God is communicating with you. The way you can tell is that you feel strange all over. That is the power of the Holy Spirit you are feelling.
Sometimes when I pray hard enough, I can feel the presence, that is a good sign. Just keep on doing what you do.

I think it is pretty common for believers. There is no audible voice, but a recognition. St. Aquinas called it the Sensus Divinitatis. Good for you.

Is an all loving god someone who makes you alienate your wife and daughter. You are becoming a complacent drone that has a daughter that will not know her father because her father puts more value on a non physical imaginative being.
Snap out of it and take care of your family.
