I hate that there is so much divorce in this day and age, there is me and my husband, no step this or half that.

I have a Mom....My best friend...she lives with me & my kids.
A dad & a Step Mom....have not spoken to them in 7 yrs.
Ex Mother In Law & Step Father In Law
Ex Father In Law & his Girlfriend
My Ex Husband & I are divorced....he is in jail for the next few yrs. I am sorta dating someone, but not serious at this time.

Me and my husband is all my kids have. I have a mom and dad. But........... his family... geez.......... he has 1 dad and 3 ex-stepmoms (1 he still talks to much to his dads dismay) and 1 current step-mom and 1 mom and i think 4 ex stepdads and she has a new boyfriend

Me + husband
My mom + my dad
My mom-in-law + my dad-in-law.
Grandparents same on both sides.
No divorce, no living together (my dad calls it "shacking up")
I think we are related to swans. Even after spouses die, nobody on either side of family has re-married.
