if you're afraid, deal with the fear until your body starts to relax. if you avoid the fear, then you continue the fear. you eventually have to train your body by facing fears to be less fearful.

Alright one step at a time. You have to take baby steps to get to the big ones. I have fears also unfortunately I am Bipolar and have had to work all of them out with my Psychiatrist. There is nothing wrong with you all people have some sort of fear or another. If I were you I would go to a Psychiatrist to see if you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have that too unfortunately. If you have OCD you will have the tendency to obsess on things like fears and such. It can be controlled though. There is a drug on the market called Luvox but it can only be dispensed by a doctor and it is only for the use of OCD. Maybe you should try that if you are finding yourself obsessing and com pulsing on this all of the time. Good Luck

Perhaps you need to understand where those triggers are coming from and why they are there. Your imagination takes care of the rest. You must realize, you are robbing yourself of any power you possess, just by succumbing to fear.
There is an emotional factor tied to each of those triggers. You never realize where they are coming from or why they are there. But know, they are buried within the subconscious mind and are associated with some emotion you experience earlier in life. They are all stored within the mind and don't ever seem to give you any pleasure. Thus we know they are negative emotions you have experienced and implanted.

You need to remember that you are in control of you. You can control your mind. A best first step would be to consult a mental health professional. He or she can probably give you an explanation as to the what and why. But ultimately, it will be you who decides how to use that information.
