If you want to see other people than thats your answer you dont love him. You are just wanting to love him and make it work but it seems like no matter how hard you are trying you are not finding what you want. Just tell him while you are in a fight at the end that you want to have time apart from him and maybe yous should see other people for a while and if we are really meant to be together than we will find our way back. Tell him you really care for him, but these fights are making you go crazy and you just need time to yourself and figure out things.

You need to do what is right for you! No one else can tell you what is the right thing to do. If you think that leaving is the best thing for you then do it. I know its a hard thing to do but once again its about you and you being happy. If you want to work things out then maybe try counselling, or having a mutual friend mediate for you in discussing the issues that you both have.
I hope it all works out for you, just remember that you are the only one that can decide for you!

you have to talk about this, I am sure it is as hard for him as it is for you.
A good relationship is an intimate and loving relationship which gives both partners security, friendship, companionship, support, comfort, and deep love that penetrates every aspect of life. None of this can be achieved without work and sacrifice.
relationship may be compared to a plant that requires daily nurture, daily attention, daily care and cultivation. It will not develop of its own accord; only as effort and will are exerted will it grow and mature.

YES
You are missing out on the happiness of that right guy. No guy is worth it if he makes you upset all the time, no matter how much you love him.
Think about it... if he cared all that much for you he would be working his *** off to keep you happy
thats what you deserve... dont accept less

if u feel that you want to leave the relationship...
then maybe you need a break to figure things out.
even if you love him, you may need to do this for yourself.
to figure out your feelings and decide what is best for you.
good luck and i hope everything turns out okay.
